Dawn Gilliland

Principal, Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Bookkeeper and Educator/Trainer

Dawn has entrepreneurship in her DNA and has always been passionate about empowering small business owners as she frees them up to focus on growing their businesses. Dawn brings more than a decade of experience in Quickbooks bookkeeping, an unprecedented dedication for her work, and a deep knowledge of all aspects of small business. She holds a bachelor of science degree from Northeastern University as well as a certificate in accounting from Salem State University. She enjoys being active, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and pup, Maisey, in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Dawn can always be found with a smile on her face and loves engaging with her clients, employees, and those in her network who lift her up and motivate her every day!

Brooke Gaudet

Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Bookkeeper and Educator/Trainer

Brooke is a QuickBooks bookkeeper who enjoys helping clients untangle complicated webs and turning them into tidy and neat financial reports. She loves wrapping your books up meticulously and preparing you for tax season (because it’s always just around the corner, isn’t it?)!

A certified ProAdvisor, Brooke holds a business degree from Bridgewater State University. She enjoys many outdoor activities with her two sons, including skiing, hiking, camping, and spending time at the beach.

Kay Kenney

Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Bookkeeper and Educator/Trainer

Kay brings over 30 years of experience in the field and is a certified ProAdvisor. She specializes in getting clients books up and running and has honed her skills to the point of maximum efficiency, delivering significant cost-savings to her clients. Kay holds a B.S. in management science with a concentration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. She serves as treasurer for the scholarship fund of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor and enjoys crocheting, RV trips with her husband, and walking around Marblehead, Massachusetts, where she resides.

Kate Whorf

Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Bookkeeper

Kate is a certified ProAdvisor who enjoys working with clients to determine what they need and deliver the product they expect. She loves to solve puzzles and do all necessary bookkeeping clean up, in order to create perfectly balanced books. Her attention to detail ensures quality and consistency. Kate holds a B.S. in Psychology from Keene State College and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Maryland. She enjoys volunteering for a variety of non-profits, serves as treasurer for her sons’ PTO, and spending time with her family on the ski mountain, boating, and at the beach.

Barbara Gilefsky

Bookkeeper

Barbara brings superior attention to detail and enthusiasm to our team. She doesn’t stop until she’s reconciled to the last penny! Her expertise on Desktop is in managing the accounts receivable, processing payroll and reconciliations of accounts. She treats each account as she would her own business and brings a refreshing determination. For fun, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. She and her husband reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Barbara Glassman

Bookkeeper

Barbara works on the desktop platform and handles accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliation of accounts. Barbara enjoys spending time with her family at the beach in all seasons.
